Information about data processing

In connection with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), we would like to inform you that:

    2. presenting a commercial offer based on art. 6 par. 1 b) GDPR - taking actions aimed at concluding a contract at the request of the data subject. The data will be stored for a period of one month.
    3. correct completion of orders, in particular for the purpose of concluding, changing or terminating a contract, providing a service, making settlements and considering possible complaints on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 point b) GDPR - processing necessary to perform the contract. The data will be
    4. processed until the order is completed or the time of expiry of the concluded contract.
    5. send commercial information to the User in the form of a newsletter - if the User agrees. User's consent or lack thereof does not affect the possibility of placing orders. based on Article. 6 par. 1 point a) GDPR - consent expressed by ticking the field on the form. The data will be processed until you receive the withdrawal of consent.
  3. Data can be shared:
    1. Hosting service providers to send information between the administrator and the user, and to archive the transmitted information.
    2. Subcontractors for the proper implementation of services specified in the regulations.
  4. You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing.
  5. You have the right to object to further processing, and if you consent to the processing of data to its withdrawal. The exercise of the right to withdraw consent does not affect the processing that took place until the consent was withdrawn.
  6. You also have the right to transfer data (in particular transaction history)
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  8. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data marked as necessary to provide services will prevent their provision.
